Our Let Only service is perfect for landlords who prefer to manage their property themselves. We handle the essential tasks, including providing a rental valuation, marketing the property on platforms like Rightmove and our own website, and conducting viewings.

Once a suitable tenant is found, we prepare the tenancy agreement and inventory if necessary. Additionally, our service includes FREE rent protection and legal cover, so you have peace of mind knowing your rental income is safeguarded, even in the event of tenant issues. We handle all aspects of tenant relations, including renewals or check-outs, so you can relax while we manage your property professionally.

Rent Protection with Legal Cover ensures landlords receive rental income even if tenants can’t pay, covering rent arrears while legal action is taken to evict the tenant, and providing 50% of the rent for up to three months after eviction until the property is re-let.
